Everyone is encouraged to be themselves.

It was very personable and I think it went quickly

I like selling shoes to people and helping them find what they want.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Despite it being very gossip-y, everyone was nice to me and helped me out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being a sales associate is all about numbers. I spent a lot of time to make sure people were walking away with the perfect shoes in the right size. It didn't matter that my average customer purchase was larger than everyone else's, I was told I spent too much too much time on one person.
