Direct leadership over bottom of the barrel customer service teams is great. They are very supportive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
At communicating better with employees checking up on locations that need the leadership more to decrease favouritism and allow those who are mistreated better quality work experience. To ensure that achieve location is handled as necessary. And to allow employees to be heard in clicky environments

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over 20 years with the company and still below market and industry averages for a new hire in my position. The gold old boys club robbed a whole generation of competent employees.
Commission wpuld be a start
I make less than coworkers in the same role who were hired on after me, and after bringing the issue to management, nothing has been done.
I work everyday, over 40 hours every week; yet get paid a fraction of what im making the company.
