They cleared out the old leadership team, which was pretty terrible. Looking forward to positive changes!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Over 20 years with the company and still below market and industry averages for a new hire in my position. The gold old boys club robbed a whole generation of competent employees.
