I think I learn a lot of things during all this time I'm working here compared to all the places that I had worked before. Both good and bad things help me to be a better person as long as I am open and willing to learn from it. I always have someone in this company to refer to for help.

Staying close to the floor people and supporting them when in need

We are always willing to support the company's vision beyond our means when needed. This had been proven many times especially during crisis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Managerial level should have some extra benefits ( other than insurance ) compare to other exempts to make them feel the leadership responsibility.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I'm able to get my ideas materialize for improvement that makes execution smoother and better for everyone who is working with me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company is what i will say a " people's company" because we put a lot of effort on making it a great place to work for all levels especially for those at the base of the pyramid of working hierarchy as they play the biggest role.
