Leadership Team share results and strategy frequently with employees. They are genuine and sincere in that they care about their employees as demonstrated in their COVID 19 response.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our bonus structure is directly tied to business results and reflects our ability to impact those results. I also feel that although KN is a decent sized business and are public, they still have a soul and wouldn't jeopardize their soul or their employees. (The KN culture is my favorite thing!)
