Overall happy with the work and team. Some leaders are nice and approachable. I wish it was more common. The Upstairs/Downstairs culture could be change.

Mentoring new engineers. working on innovation.

I dont have very much exposure to the leadership team.

The stock options are nice but are dependent on which group gets it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its not too uptight. leaves room for people to express themselves and be creative
