Its fine but if your are going to be a global company like this and have your teams composed of people from various parts of the world, working in the office should be optional. Working on a global team means all the work/meetings/team interaction and "culture" are all online anyways.

They listen to us for the most part and they try to work with us.

Managment lets me do my job and trusts me. I am allowed a fajr degree of autonomy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When i was hired i had a set of responsibilities but over time those responsibilities have grown and grown and the compensation increase is barely keeping up with inflation.
