I like the job, but they dont provide enough information on the training. After the training, you have to guess a lot.

More value to employees, specially to those new employees that are just adapting to the pressure of this company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
At Konica Minolta you are just a number. They do not care about employees and treat employees as an object. Very disappointed of this company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers are very good. We try to help each other because the duties/responsibilities at Konica are too much. The pay is good, but not enough for what we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The enviroment is good and bad. Good because we are alone on the 1st floor, but bad because the supervisor is checking us and rushing us always by email and or calls.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that the interviewer (Michael Morin -Ransey, NJ) is so nice and friendly. He makes you feel comfortable talking with him. Unfortunately, I can not say the same about the director, Jennifer Mattews. She treat you like if she does not want you to get the job. Very unprofessional that Mrs.
