Very flexible considers family too
prioritizes teamwork, communication and interaction among coworkers.
When not a work you generally aren't contacted or bothered about work. You won't be screamed at for being 2 minutes late, and rule enforcement is reasonable.

The enviroment is good and bad. Good because we are alone on the 1st floor, but bad because the supervisor is checking us and rushing us always by email and or calls.
