There is so much opportunity and excitement here. I love being a part of it. The work is hard and can at times feel overwhelming but it is also really empowering.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Kyruus has been life changing for me. I have learned from so many people and have developed and grown professionally. The last two years have been tough and the exciting energy is not quite the same as it was pre-covid. I am happy & proud to be here but worry about my future w/o 401k match soon.

After a number of years in a large company in a comfortable role, Kyruus Health reignited the fire that I have for my career. I am motivated daily by my customers, colleagues and the mission that we strive for.

Everybody is hard working, motivating and encouraging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and their work ethics.

The wellness benefit is great.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing progress with customers and talking/working with my colleagues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders are tenacious and I find their energy extremely motivating.

They are friendly, supportive and we really work together as a team.

People lifting others up and working so hard. Everybody here is motivating.

The people and feeling like I accomplished something at the end of each day.

The team/teams that I work with are hard working, upbeat, helpful and determined to make a positive impact.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The "no jerks" policy and focus on caring about others. I find most people to be helpful and kind.
What makes you most happy at work?
A happy customer or a happy direct report. If I feel that I have positively impacted a customer or a colleague, I feel that I have accomplished something good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my Director and VP are kind, approachable, supportive and motivating. They both care about their staff and I feel that I am given the resources I need to grow and be successful. I feel extremely lucky to have such great leadership!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team listens and takes action. I appreciate the positive outlook that leadership has but would appreciate some empathy and acknowledgement that the last year has been really tough. Many teams were negatively impacted by the Kyruus product team departures.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My own research tells me that my pay is right in the middle of what other companies are paying. This would be fine based on the work/life balance that I have at Kyruus but without a 401k match it is hard to justify. I am starting to really worry about my future/retirement.
