Working at Kyruus is a dream come true. As a first job out of college I did not know what to expect, but working here for some time now I wouldn't change a thing. I love the work/life balance, the benefits, the people, and everything in between. I do not see myself leaving Kyruus anytime soon.

The leadership team is very transparent and makes me feel like I know what I need to know.

My team is open in a variety of ways. They are always open to answering my questions and asking me questions and it helps all of us grow and perform better at work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I am able to complete client work. It feels good knowing that I am working on something that will positively impact another company, as well as my own
What is the best part about your compensation package?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is really encouraging and super supportive on everyone's work. When someone does something out of the box we get praised for it. We always look out for each other and make sure that everyone is getting the best out of everyone.
