What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone's unique characteristics are celebrated and people are really encouraged to show their true selves. People are eager to learn about other perspectives and it is very welcoming. Overall, it is a very caring environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on our team is incredibly hard working, helpful, and kind. We have each others' back and often lean on each other when needed. We genuinely care about each other and enjoy hanging out outside of work too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team does a great job leading with transparency. I love the weekly emails our CEO, Graham, sends at the start of each week. The leadership team makes me feel very valued and that my voice is heard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

What makes you most happy at work?
Being with my co-workers was one of my favorite things back when we worked in the office. I also enjoy the satisfaction that comes with achieving a milestone on a project and getting recognition from colleagues. Also, leading initiatives to build upon our great culture that are well-received.
