Excessive work pressure with minimum perks and unrealistic expectations.
There are chosen people on whom Management is eager to promote, other people just slog & dont get recognition. The workforce is shrinking & overall working culture is declining, but management is only worried about money irrespective of manpower & their skills.
Low paymaster but very professional
