What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good healthcare plan but no 401k match
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
deputed & direct staff not treated equally. No growth, appreciation & benefits available for direct staff.
Undervalued because recognition for your work is hardly accepted. And there is no link or emotions between the work force & company other then money. Because Management has forgotten to treat their workforce or spend on keeping their workforce happy & make them feel at home.
Praises only in words, no remuneration or promotions for valuable inputs and achievements. Need better motivating factors to promote efficiency.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is sincere and hard working. We do complete all assignments in time. We have very good bonding.
Knowledgeable and supportive, very helpful in something new needs to be learnt.

better recognition & appreciation in the work. Respecting the work which we are handling. Understanding that all the departments are required to move the company forward & for company growth.
New younger management and new thinking adapting to the current age requirements. Needs moving over age old ways of getting things done.

The whole idea ways to achieve of customer focus and establish good market for the product in the long run needs working.
