Like any company it is made up of people. If the people are good the company is good. But if you keep people like Thea Keamy in leadership you will stop doing well and certainly women will do horrible as well.

this lol time of 5 minutes late to every meeting is silly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
You need a new general counsel. Pete was wonderful but the new one needs to be changed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The farmer hours of early to work and leave so I can get home for dinner is good
What makes you most happy at work?
Having clients that value my work. But most like Thea Keamy do not! She is so incredibly difficult to work for and with and has been for years! But, she just keeps getting promoted. There are better and more qualified women. And she is one of those women who doesn't want other women to succeed.
