What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

A large amount of autonomy.

Lots of team work to get the hob done

They are mindful of your goals and keep your needs in mind.

The most positive is the people that I work with. They care.

Being away from corporate and not dealing with drama

Pace of work is good. Not often working until midnight, but also busy all day

laid back culture, no one is hard on anyone

The farmer hours of early to work and leave so I can get home for dinner is good

Me. I stay positive. Sometimes my supervisor isn't because her supervisor is too demanding.

We have great amenities and the ability to work from home.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Upper leadership need to listen to and take the locations managers concerns better. They tend to push things under the table and not address the true concerns.

More focus on employees so we can retain

Realizing that they are playing an infinite game in business and need to make better kong term decisions

Fire the CEO and get rid of MCKinsey

Offload all the executive deadweight - leaders who got us into our current mess and know pontificate from afar.

stop taking away incentives, we as employees need to know we are appreciated. when you take away our bonus and little events like a meal for something or a turkey/ham for thanksgiving and xmas it shows us you don't care.

Terminate all members of the so called management and start over
