Upper leadership need to listen to and take the locations managers concerns better. They tend to push things under the table and not address the true concerns.

stop taking away incentives, we as employees need to know we are appreciated. when you take away our bonus and little events like a meal for something or a turkey/ham for thanksgiving and xmas it shows us you don't care.
