What are some of the best things about your team?I don't know, not everyone greats a good working environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?All people involved, recruiters/managers/etc were so positive and friendly to talk to. Reached out giving me opportunities for tours and all sorts of things. Wanted me to make the best decision for me. Rapidly got back to me, never left me on a cliffhanger for what would happen next.
What makes you most happy at work?Staying busy and learning about the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Supply chain has huge issues, often running out of raw materials to meet demand due to poor planning. Just get by mentality.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Upper leadership need to listen to and take the locations managers concerns better. They tend to push things under the table and not address the true concerns.
