What is the best part about your compensation package?
Has a competitive 401K program.
More than enough to retire on
401k matching and health care with BCBS of MN has been great.
THe benefits offered are great. Hard to beat.

Need to improve market value
Better pay and don't tax me when you send me a cheap gift in the mail
Its not about the pay or benefits that make me feel undervalued. Its the feeling no matter how hard I work or how much value I add to the company no one would even say thank you. The only time management communicates with me is when things are not working

Pay market value for your teams.
They only move their friends into management instead of the beat suited for the job
I am paid less because I'm a woman, and based on my previous pay. Men who were transferred from a similar position are paid more.
