Engagement and communication with employees at all levels.
10 out of 10 score
Everything. The facility I am employed at is in dire need of new leadership. We are lucky to have one supervisor that does care and really tries to do things the right way
Leadership, they need to get better at leadership
Some managers are afraid to speak up
Start leading by coaching not firing.
Understanding the business models, the levers and the uncontrollable variables to the businesses
We get to negotiate and that usually is done in good faith and to the benefit of both parties
Bonus is the best when the company does well
Has a competitive 401K program.
More than enough to retire on
401k matching and health care with BCBS of MN has been great.
Need to improve market value
Better pay and don't tax me when you send me a cheap gift in the mail
Its not about the pay or benefits that make me feel undervalued. Its the feeling no matter how hard I work or how much value I add to the company no one would even say thank you. The only time management communicates with me is when things are not working

Pay market value for your teams.
They only move their friends into management instead of the beat suited for the job
The comaraderie between the employees and our ability to accomplish the things we can with the lack of leadership we have to deal with on the daily
I don't know, not everyone greats a good working environment.

We all help each other, and we all go out of our way to make sure that none of us have a rough night.
The best in the state
My team is very collaborative
how to treat everyone with respect
this lol time of 5 minutes late to every meeting is silly.
Need a new CEO and leadership team.
They need more training. They have no SOP’s but you can
every meeting is the same
Continued investment into employees going on
A large amount of autonomy.
Lots of team work to get the hob done
We have great amenities and the ability to work from home.
They are mindful of your goals and keep your needs in mind.
Upper leadership need to listen to and take the locations managers concerns better. They tend to push things under the table and not address the true concerns.
More focus on employees so we can retain
Terminate all members of the so called management and start over
Realizing that they are playing an infinite game in business and need to make better kong term decisions

Fire the CEO and get rid of MCKinsey
My experimce was easy. Came back after a layoff
A few rounds with executives
All people involved, recruiters/managers/etc were so positive and friendly to talk to. Reached out giving me opportunities for tours and all sorts of things. Wanted me to make the best decision for me. Rapidly got back to me, never left me on a cliffhanger for what would happen next.
I was able to speak to a few different people in different positions within my team.
