We get to negotiate and that usually is done in good faith and to the benefit of both parties
Bonus is the best when the company does well
Has a competitive 401K program.

The comaraderie between the employees and our ability to accomplish the things we can with the lack of leadership we have to deal with on the daily
I don't know, not everyone greats a good working environment.

My experimce was easy. Came back after a layoff
A few rounds with executives
All people involved, recruiters/managers/etc were so positive and friendly to talk to. Reached out giving me opportunities for tours and all sorts of things. Wanted me to make the best decision for me. Rapidly got back to me, never left me on a cliffhanger for what would happen next.
I was able to speak to a few different people in different positions within my team.

Making a difference with ny worn
Staying busy and learning about the company.
Success of growing customers needs. Meeting customer needs.
