Businesses are such fun, so many variables to manage and work through, commodities, inputs, customer, consumer dynamics

Having clients that value my work. But most like Thea Keamy do not! She is so incredibly difficult to work for and with and has been for years! But, she just keeps getting promoted. There are better and more qualified women. And she is one of those women who doesn't want other women to succeed.

I enjoy doing quality work and being proud of the work that I do.

my coworkers make my day at my job, other than that its just another job where my mistakes are made 10x worse than they are and my achievements are ignored.

Supply chain has huge issues, often running out of raw materials to meet demand due to poor planning. Just get by mentality.

Fire the CEO and get a new leadership team.

Diffuse accountability and extreme risk aversion

Its becoming a very corporate structure and less focused on the people working for it. They dont really care about their employees anymore
