At one time Landstar was an exciting place to work and great company to be part of. I'm embarrassed today to be associated with Landatar.

We have disconnected management. They rarely engage or support subordinates.

Landstar doesnt pay fair market wages in comparison to similar companies in the industry.

The company is entirely focused on providing value to shareholders and not at all focused on adding value to the people working in it.
