Exciting and fun to learn
The company doesn't value loyalty and fidelity. It's unconscionable that a driver who has been with Landstar for 25 years still only receives the sane 65% as a new employee. No incentive... Is it going to break their bank to give maybe 1% extra for every 5 years of safe service? Topping at maybe 70%
It's a great platform both for drivers and agents to develop their skills, diversify their base of customers and upgrade their career. Lots of freedom and space for self-improvement.
