I don't know them. They are only visible to tell the drivers they promoted someone at the corporate office

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay lower level employees more, stop being so cheap with regard to your mid-level employees. Give your managers an extra monitor to work on. Sheesh.
Need to get better at training your employees. Throwing them in a pool full of sharks and watching them float it sink isa horrible method. Hence, the huge turnover rate.

Commission’s. This year my total package exceeded, $37
The total package; base may be a little low, but make up for it in bonus and benefits

Longevity pay increases. Don't pay me the same as a new driver

Everybody is motivated and willing to work hard. The whole team helps each other out. There is a lot of healthy competition as well.

Total chaos. Representatives do not provide quality customer service to their BCO.

When you call an applicant about the application they submitted for an open position, Jennifer maybe not be rude when I returned your call and you stated you were busy picking your kids up from school an you will return my call in 30minutes Its been 24hours. So unprofessional and just rude.

The team work atmosphere even though virtual is the most satisfying.
It's a dynamic and motivated group of people who are very goal-oriented and enthusiastic about their job, which is not all that common nowadays in most work environments.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Just don't work here. I will say that they promote African-American women, which is good, but otherwise this is not a good workplace.
I cant explain the culture here. Its virtually non-existent. You're on your own.
We have disconnected management. They rarely engage or support subordinates.
