Need to get better at training your employees. Throwing them in a pool full of sharks and watching them float it sink isa horrible method. Hence, the huge turnover rate.

When you call an applicant about the application they submitted for an open position, Jennifer maybe not be rude when I returned your call and you stated you were busy picking your kids up from school an you will return my call in 30minutes Its been 24hours. So unprofessional and just rude.
