Well there's a lot of improvements to be made. I want to be part of that process. There are things I see every night that bother me. Lasership is in the business of delivering packages. This is laserships bread and butter. When you have disorganization and carelessness you get angry customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work fast and hard but quality control is an F. Boxes being thrown around. If I was a customer I'd be upset too if my package didn't get delivered or it was thrown on my porch. We need to raise our standards in a highly competitive market.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I get to serve a customer there goods. There goods should be delivered in a professional manner. Again go on Google and read the reviews on lasership this can be fixed. It's going to take time to fix. With the correct leadership and employees. Employees that care about their jobs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is generally in a good mood. You've got some lazy ones. Nothing is perfect though. However there is a lot of room for improvement. From a Logistical standpoint too a general care for each and every package that comes off the truck. 1 package gets misplaced 1 customer doesn't get there item
