What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the environment where the workers we all have families so we all came there to do what we had to do but we were there five days a week signed on as full-time employees bringing home part-time paychecks
The enviorment is relaxing in that the managers put music on
The most positive is that I'm only in the Hub for a short period of time if everything is ready to go an then off to my customers

Everyone is generally in a good mood. You've got some lazy ones. Nothing is perfect though. However there is a lot of room for improvement. From a Logistical standpoint too a general care for each and every package that comes off the truck. 1 package gets misplaced 1 customer doesn't get there item

Management need to come with better plans, hire more people to scan packages and do daily pre-shift meetings. Don't take my word, I'm not an expert but I think that's what they need to do
