Someone should do a lowkey audit at the Richmond, Va Location. Make sure no one knows the person at the location and see how they operate . Someone I know just lost they route after just asking for a little assistance one day out of 2 years of working for them.

Find better solution for certain situations rather than taking away someone money right before the holidays. Knowing that the work load increases around ANY HOLIDAY !
