I am a firm believer in real team camaraderie and having allies in which can be true support system for continued learning and training while on the job. However, it becomes very difficult to obtain not only company goals but your own individual goals when the lack of support exist. Be an ally first
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only thing posituve is when we receive packages from the company such as apparel.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Use the communication channels for work purposes and leave all of the extra communication not work related out of team channels. It bogs down the chat room an makes it difficult to find information when so much non-work related conversations are filling it up. Just have a seperate commnication on it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executuve team should be more hands on with the feedback in which the fronliners are providing and not just base their success off of numbers. There is a such thing as good employess leave companies for great leadership, and that's a trend that is noticable for those who flock to follow leaders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Instead of the focus being put into the quality of work that was done, all of the focus is put onto the work that wasn't done. Its very difficult to measure one's true success when they have had a load of 3 - 4 times that of someone in the same line of work at other companies, less duties & more pay
