The company is very focused on growth and being an industry leader. The pay and bonus/incentives are awesome. As an underwriter in a sales first comapny, dealing with LOs is thankless grind but again, the pay makes it worth it

Do your work, get your file touches and people leave you be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My UW team is strong and we look out for eachother. Our manager keeps us unified. The processors are 60/40. 60% decemt and 40% bad. Only a handful of pricessors are worthwhile.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My first and 2nd line supervisor have my back. Above that, i have no idea what the goal/vision is for my division. I dont exactly know what my terrirory is outside of the immediate braches that I support.
