Initially it was a great company but as soon as rates started to increase the who vibe changed. They are not tranparent as to how the company is actually doing. Since rates are going io they have been firing people for not hitting numbers over a 2 week period. I think they are scared of the future.

Being with co workers and getting paid.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being paid on closings. Can earn up to 60 bps per loan.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Co-workers are great. Management acts like evweything i great even when its clearly not.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Friendly but not suoer helpful. You are on youe own foe the most part. They kist tel you that you need to sell more but dont give any direction.
