I have been here for a little under a year and have only have positive things to say. Even with COVID and having to work from home for 6 months now, they have bent over backwards to help everyone in the company deal with work from home atmosphere and I think they have done a great job of it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was very professional and welcoming. You could tell that everyone truly embraced the LOGILIFE.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that fact we as a collective are designing the most cutting edge technology and pushing the limits and we are doing it responsibly with people and the environment in mind.
What do you like best about your company?
Everyone goes out of their way to help you and the upper management is always striving to better themselves, which I think then trickles down to everyone in the company! Great Climate!
What are some of the best things about your team?
What I love about my team is that is so diverse and everyone's opinion is heard. Because Logitech is a smaller company when you have an idea people encourage you to run with it.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I have been at the company for a little under a year and I honestly can not pick something I would like to see improved. Has been a great year of work during very uncertain times.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Logitech has a very standard benefits package as compared to other tech companies. The thing that I really appreciate is that no only do you get 20 paid days of PTO, you also get 4 day off a year to go volunteer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I truly believe that the culture and environment of your company starts from the top and works its way down. Logitech's leadership starting with CEO is absolutely amazing. They are consistently thinking outside the box and that shows in the employees and the products.
