Being able to work from home is huge. Having reasonable benefits to be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle is very nice as well.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Poor communication; no written meeting notes, SOPs, record of decisions, etc. Everything is done in meetings, with no follow-up to ensure accountability.
Meeting culture here could be updated. Pros, we're big on remote work and video calls, which helps a lot. Cons, and this varies by team, but there are too many information sharing meetings as opposed to decision making meetings.

I have been at the company for a little under a year and I honestly can not pick something I would like to see improved. Has been a great year of work during very uncertain times.
