I had 4 interviews. 1 phone, 1 one on one with the director of my group, 1 with the senior members and 1 with the team I'd be joining.
I had a telephone, personal with manager, then two group interviews with teammates.
I had a phone interview, then an interview with my potential manager, then several smaller ones with people who would make up my teammates.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Logitech?
Embrace the constitution. We are banned from carrying firearms or even locking them in our vehicle safes.

The culture is good, but the raise policy is horrible.
How's the vacation policy at Logitech?
Very good. Company shutdown over XMAS and 4 weeks vacation.
