  • Disagree with the previous answer, the company pays most of the healthcare premium (around 75 - 80%), reimburses 50% of the deductible the employees use. Dental coverage is good and affordable. Company reimburses up to $50/month to employees for voluntary benefit offerings the employees can select like Pet Insurance, Critical Illness, Accident Coverage, Prepaid Legal. Very unique employee Hearing Aid benefit allows employees to get free hearing aids from sister company, GN Hearing.

  • In North America, Jabra had a "Day of Giving" which should now be an annual event. There is also a bit of outreach through our PR team, donating headsets for events, fundraisers, etc.
