What is the best part about your compensation package?
Amazing benefits and above average comp
Excellent benefits, low premiums, PTO structure, very competitive salary
Extremely generous benefits with modifications available to better fit an individual employee's insurance needs, including but not limited to family insurance with different levels of deductive, as well as pet insurance reimbursement.

I believe the compensation package is too low for the work. I get no stock - which is nearly unheard of these days. The benefit package is seriously short and heavy on the employee.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter and hiring manager were both very friendly and informative
Excellent use of time. Accommodated my schedule. Video interviews allowed for me to interview from the comfort of my own home without spending time traveling etc.
Jabra is selective in who we hire - looking for the best possible candidates.
