SO many things! Employees are valued. Insulting & bullying are unacceptable, while people are also free to speak their minds. My managers are kind people that I respect. Jobs are fairly well defined, responsibilities seem straightforward. I can talk to people on other teams freely also.
Open, fair, energizing, everyone can make a change
Leaders have our back. I can make decisions independently and know that if something goes wrong, I'm still ok by communicating with higher ups.

Strong company culture. Humble but hungry, open and ourselves, decide and do, collaborate but challenge, and equity and environment are the values that we work by. I can honestly say that we live these values from the bottom to the top.

We're not perfect, but there's a big focus on work/life balance, open communication, and doing the right thing for the right reason. It's a healthy environment that really rewards positive, hard-working people, though there will always be the occasional exception to the rule.
