What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company is a sinking ship with a culture / CEO that is from the stone ages. There is one person that makes lending decisions and he has no credit training or acumen. The tables and technology are a mess and it is impossible to get anything done given the manic nature of leadership.

CEO needs to remove himself.
