So far I love everything about the company, the only criticism I can think of is maybe provide a bit higher salary due to inflation and the current housing situation.

How easy everyone is to talk to as well as how polite and courteous everyone is.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping people out with issues as well as the social experience of working with team members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the current housing situation and inflation it seems like the salary associated with this position is a little on the lower side.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The thing I like most about the leadership of my team is how open and available people are to collaborate with. Also, it is very easy to ask questions and learn new things.
