The noncompletion of important HR duties over the past few years is unacceptable. It feels like no one is watching out for us to make sure everything is working correctly, which is uncomfortable.

I am most happy at work when I am able to work on something important and direct my own work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I look forward to working with the individuals who are proactive in their work. I do not enjoy working with individuals who mostly delegate or those who wait to be told what to do before getting to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits this year are subpar and more expensive. The benefits rollout was confusing and chaotic. Pay is low for the type and amount of work even after we were told pay would be rebalanced across the board.
