First Office job for this shop dog. Was not sure what to expect. Turns out it is not like most office environments so I got lucky. Yes we live in little rows of desks, semi-cubed up, but the open office encourages interaction and everyone is very pleasant here. Work/life balance was something new.

We are a B Corp and we all have the ability to schedule volunteer time to local groups like Habitat for Humanity or Goodwill to not only build some team spirit but actually help in a tangible way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lulu is more than a money-making machine, it's an idea, a force for good that empowers regular people to publish books and plugs into the community in ways that make a difference. What I like best about our Leadership Team is they are us and we are them. Everyone at Lulu can Lead an initiative.
