The team leaders seek to encourage the top performers while continuing to motivate those that need to improve performance. Their is an environment of constant growth at Luma Health.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met the leaders of the team I would be working with as well as the CTO and CEO. I could see there was a strong hierarchy in place while still maintaining an open, start-up community.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When I have questions about a minor or major issue, there is always someone to reach out to, even if its Adnan, the CEO. He's helped me solve a problem more than once when my direct manager was tied up.
