A lot of celebrations and updates on what's both working and not producing as well at that time. Open communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Standard benefits but recently made it so people can get those sooner vs. later for the company match. used to be 1 year now only 6 months.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Had the opportunity to meet all levels of the company, from CEO to teammates. Very open about what they were looking for in a teammate and how I could help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone in and at Lurn is looking to help or make a difference in any way every day. It's nice to work at a company that is well driven to a mission and everyone gets that. Also, everyone is very eager to help out in any way.
