  • This is something I do love, there is zero micromanaging, which really is a pet peeve of mine. I believe we all strive to do our best and it shows.

  • It is so much easier to communicate when people can see and read you, the pandemic took that away from us for a while. I would say that it is a lot more difficult getting noticed so one skill that is imperative is being able to work hard and then showing what makes you a contributor or asset to the company without coming across as arrogant, it's a very fine line and a great skill to have.
