What makes you most happy at work?Coming in everyday and making an impact with my team. Helping my coworkers achieve a goal they didn't think was possible.
What did you like most about the interview process?Meeting with the different departments and team members. I also enjoyed the group style interviews.
What is the best part about your compensation package?3% of total compensation contributed to my 401K plan from Lurn.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? When I started here a couple of years back, Customers were pretty happy with Lurn, now there is a lot of competition and the students have more choices. We are way understaffed at Lurn in the Support Group, if we had more people the customers would get more attention from us and be much happier.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I thought by now I would be promoted or making a lot more money. This is often promised but never delivered. The position doesn't pay enough to live off of.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Maybe take some suggestions from those of us on the front lines. There are certain things that could be made much easier if upper management asked or listened to what we have to say.
