I thought by now I would be promoted or making a lot more money. This is often promised but never delivered. The position doesn't pay enough to live off of.
Is not that I feel undervalued, I believe that we're working harder, either taking multiple task while maintaining the best customer satisfaction rate. Compensation should be reconsider If employees are working hard.

I started as one role and quickly moved into another role with additional responsibilities, but no increase in compensation.
Based on all the responsibilities I have, I would like to be compensated for that.

Most of the people in my group are truly remarkable, but there is always one or two that can make things difficult, however, I consider this a growing experience for me, I need to learn how to deal with all personality types.

When I started here a couple of years back, Customers were pretty happy with Lurn, now there is a lot of competition and the students have more choices. We are way understaffed at Lurn in the Support Group, if we had more people the customers would get more attention from us and be much happier.
Maybe take some suggestions from those of us on the front lines. There are certain things that could be made much easier if upper management asked or listened to what we have to say.
