What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting with the different departments and team members. I also enjoyed the group style interviews.
The number of people that I was able to interview with. Learning about the company, and what my roles and responsibilities would be, from various people was a wonderful experience.
I am not sure if it has changed now that they have hired recruiters but when I interviewed it was more of a conversation with the COO and my current manager, no touch questions or anything intimidating.
The overall process was smooth and enjoyable -- I met with everyone on the day and time we were supposed to meet. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. It made the overall interview process feel comfortable and I felt at ease during each of the interviews.
Had the opportunity to meet all levels of the company, from CEO to teammates. Very open about what they were looking for in a teammate and how I could help.

The in-person part of the interviews were very cerebral - they really wanted to know how I work, what makes me tick and what challenges me. Then there was a coding challenge where I was able to demonstrate problem solving in a real scenario.
