What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are treated like we don’t matter when we are the lifeblood of the company. Management works in cliques. There’s a “boys club” tone. It’s sickening that upper management have affairs and cheat on their spouses. It is blatant.

Stop being defensive, condescending and negative
