What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not allowing the juniors get screwed over by their seniors. All they care about is you feeding these has beens. This company has no moral integrity and these people do not mean well.

What can this brand most improve?

The real estate brokers of this company will push you to buy/invest in properties even if it is not a good one. They are very pushy and demanding. THER ARE ONLY AFTER THEIR COMMISSION AND DOES NOT CARE AT ALL.

Toxic masculinity. Lack of vision at the operational level. Senior associates who are unhinged in the way they manage and lead teams.
