They actually care about you. Even tho we are remote I feel I have become closer with my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My boss cares for me, doesn't micro manage, trusts me, believes in me, and will go to bat for me no matter what. That is the most positive thing and something I value so much at Matterport
