What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive salary, flexible time off

The best part of my compensation package would have to be our health benefits.

Very competitive base salary plus equity awards. There is also quarterly cash incentive based on company and personal performance. The ESPP also provides great opportunity to buy company stock at a discount. Health insurance premiums are better than my previous company.

Fair pay for my experience, position and location as well as the opportunity for pay increases on a quarterly basis where performance and tenure calls for it. Matterport is continuously evaluating market rates to ensure fair pay across all positions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to try new things/tasks. Being given the opportunity to expand my knowledge in multitude of areas of the business has been beneficial in my career development.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The appreciation of each employee asking me what they could do to make me successful at Matterport! It was a very healthy interview process. Great communication from the recruiting team and human resource team!

The interview process was explained by a recruiter who kept me informed as I progressed. The onsite interview included a product demo which is great to see and touch the product. They toured me through the office so I could see the environment I'd work. Team members provided a good interview.

The flexibility of working fully remote, while on my own schedule and not at all feeling micromanaged.

Flexibility. I'm always able to accomodate my work schedule for things going on in my life, whether that be traveling, medical emergencies or family emergencies, or just when I'm needing to take a step back and decompress. My leadership and teammates are very supportive of this environment.
